No offense but absolutely horrible. Never ever use polymerizationg ot summon big creatures like blue eyes ultimate and black skull. Mystical space typhoon is 1 per deck as well. Darn way to much wrong with this deck. If you want a dragon deck, I suggest getting the dragon structure deck and replace some of the cards in the deck for your graceful charity, your reborn, change of heart, pot of greed(Note: the last thrre were only if you play with banned cards), swords of revealing light,Lord of d, Ruch recklessly, and spear dragon. If i were to rate it, 1.9/10 sorry.

god I hate dragon decks...
Anyways, you have too many cards. A deck should be limited to about 40, no more than 50 cards. Also, you don't seem to have a definite strategy and are just throwing in a bunch of strong cards. For starters, take out your red-eyes, it's useless here, since you seem to be trying to bring out the blue-eyes. You have a lot of weak monsters that won't really help you. I'm not expert of dragon decks, so I can't really help too much.
Also, you do know that a few of your cards on the banned or limited list right, so no official tournament play. But I don't think you care about that.

not very good cuz it looks like u r juz dumping in all the strong cards without a real strategy in mind. also, for a dragon deck, lord of d is a staple card n u put in 1 onli. i would advise 3. remove either blue eyes or red eyes. the have different support cards altogether. remove weak monsters dat serve no real use n put in monsters like masked dragon x3 so dat it can help u defend frm 3 attacks or find another dragon( with wat restrictions i 4got.) u r also flooding ur deck with too much useless traps n magic cards. the main problem with ur deck( frm my pt of view) is dat it is hard summon ur aces in ur deck, in this case blue eyes, unless u have flute of summoning dragon n Lord of D 2gether which is highly unlikely, as ur deck is piled up with high lv monsters dat u have pblms summoning out.

Dude... it looks like you just dumped all the good cards you could find into one deck...
Not that its bad, and not that I'm an expert, but I've tried that once, it didn't work too well. Hope you have better luck, depends on how good you are really.

--you are the nth person who has asked to rate a dragon deck i have answered a few of them but i will try to make a twist with your deck if you will like it and i will rate your current deck after
---here goes
--choose only between REBD or BEWD there are strategies (so to speak) for each one... if you use REBD you can add metamorp.. and use it on REBD to transform it into King Dragun for better effect than using lord of d but if you chose BEWD you can use the power of BEUD
--take out twin-headed.., blackland.., curse of dragon, the dragon dwelling... x3, dragon piper, kaiser..., komouri.. x3, familiar knight, winged dragon #2 (whatever this is unless it has an atk of 1900-2000 of 4star that wld be good), and dragon manipulator
--i hope that luster dragon is the one with 1900atk and not the 2400atk (you want the former not the latter)... try to get 2 of those
--i like your rare metal dragon.. just need to find a way to bring it out huh...
--add another spear dragon i you can..
--lord of d sure sure i guess its needed so add in your dragon list divine dragon ragnarok (this will fuse with lord of d to become King Dragun)
--im persistant with king dragun bec of its effect (go find its effect if you dont know and get one or 2 copies)
--add in your deck future fusion (you can run only one copy) and dragon's mirror (so you can still fuse in the grave)
--here is the tweak... add divine dragon-exelion run 2 to make use of its effect (three mmmm yeah maybe its up to you) its not been used much sooooo you go try it out... since you have graceful you can trash a copy and NORMAL summon the other...
--another card that has not been used is the five headed dragon fusion card... all it needs are 5 dragons (that is the use of the dragon's mirror for grave fusion.. do you get it????) it is hard to kill in battle
--i like the fact that dragons have quite good fusion cards...
--soooooo... the problem of special summoning your rare metal dragon is solved by king dragun right and it can be used to summon the five headed dragon... cool.. i think...
--making your deck a bit ruthless and a bit unique in dragon decks play in there the horus set from 4-8 or 6-8... gray wing will be good for discard yeah good choice.. troop dragon im not really decided if it shld be there or not up to you...
---you have now big gunners for monsters... fill up your fusion deck to keep your opponent guessing which fusion monster to pull out (2 copies will suffice since you can have 1 future fusion, put in 2 dragon's mirror and yeah maybe one poly... that shld be enough)
--oh yeah if you can get your hands on the macdo... promo cards version 2 get the white horned dragon will ya... (if you dont want it ship it to me hehehe...)
---moving to your spells....
--mystical... is limited (are you a beginner?) so have only one monster reborn and change... are forbidden unless you play traditional (you did not mention so im assuming you are playing legal) pot... im not sure if it is allowed in your area.. but if it is yeah great more drawing power...
--take out one poly.. put in one future fusion and 2 dragon's mirror
--flute.. is up to you
--mountain no more if you ask me but sure its okey...
--remove wingbeat put in heavy storm instead (you are not really dependant on traps and spells
--card d... i dont know why it is there
--goblin thief -out.., malevolent.. x2-out, sword..-out, black pen..-out, as well as stop defence...maybe up to you...
--axe.. put in your side deck...
--put in there de-fusion.. sneaky little card since you run fusions (just in case something is going to happen to your F monsters you can defuse them) and works well with fusion of your opp... (used this on stein players before it was banned)
--i leave the rest of spells to you be creative
---trap time
--no more trap holes if you wan that then go for bottomless trap hole...
--one less waboku and no dragon's rage
--out goes enchanted jav..x2, shadow eyes, riroyku..., disappear, dessert..., dragon's bead.....
--try to look for mirror or a little substitute like sakuretsu armor
--if you cant find heavy storm maybe 2 dust tornado will do
--call of the haunted is good too...
---if you are looking to keep the dragon theme in the spells and traps as well sure its up to you
---your deck right now has a very low rating since there are better dragon cards out there than what is now in it... i know i might have stretched the list in the suggestions but heck it is a concept... i did not put into consideration whether you do have the cards i said or have the same passion to buy quite expensive cards as i.... the spells are all pump spells but dragons are the strongest in terms of atk in the game pumping them will be a waste of time in my opinion and wasted a lot of card space there and your traps are just fillers as it may seem (just for the heck of having trap cards) that is why others feel your deck rating is low and so do i.... 2 out of 10
