Blogging is an alternative therapy, at least to me and it is not a bad thing. I am a writer and love it, I write reviews, theorism and regard it highly as a treasure. It is what you make out of it and how you use it to benefit yourself- I see it as spiritual- a communication of feelings and experiences. I have grown into it, even at my age- 35- and if I am considered too old or a loser because of it- I can't do much for other's who don't respect the written word, and this is not a personal attack. I have had the run around so my blog to set to friends only but my feeds, shout box and reviews are public. Make it fun and be creative- add videos, music, spruce it up with graphics and the custom layout builder, you'll find it to be a very expressive way to individualism.

Use it such as you're able to a diary yet don't get as very own. only tell approximately your existence, what you're doing, questioning, approximately your pets, acquaintances, instructors, etc. have relaxing. running a blog is loads of relaxing.

I do on myspace - I treat it like a diary except I don't include any embarrassing bits or negative things so it is funny to look back and read it.

kind of, not regularly though. i'd like to do more on mine but the mundane stuff in my life isn't worth writing about and the interesting stuff isn't for the world at large to have access to so i wait for something in the middle to waffle on about.

I do it's a good way of communicating with people i've become aquainted with and a lot of them are fun too because we share similar senses of humour
