The two most famous culinary arts colleges in the USA are the Culinary Institute of America in New York, and Johnson & Wales University (several campuses around the country). They both have website you can check out. Both of them are accredited for college credit and give Associates and Bachelors degrees in various cooking specialties and areas.

The top one that I know well is the Culinary Institute, in Hyde Park, NY.
