Um..take away his license and put him in a nursing homewhere he can play bingo all day.

Really. What does a 93 year old man need a car for? Work? Pick the kids up from school? Clothes shopping?

Take away his keys when he is not looking. He won't remember where they are anyway. Then in case he finds them disconnect the battery, and pull off all the spark plug wires. He won't be going anywhere.

Go to the DMV and ask them about it and they may be able to take away his liscense. He might not like it for a while, but its better for everyone.
