I'm just interested to know. I have loads so there's no point in listing them all, but tell me yours. If you give a good reason and describe it well I'll choose yours as the best answer, but not if it's clear you it from a website. If you like something you should know about it without a website.

Hmm, I like the hounds of Annwn. Those are white dogs with red ears that accompany a Welsh god of death. They run very fast and can find anyone or anything.

It's more that I like the idea of the Great Hunt, that usually has Death and fairies riding in it. Just this mad rush of creatures that somebody could join or be chased by. It's such a mystical idea too. Better by far than a skeleton in a black cloak on a pale horse. When I die, I want the Hunt to come for me.

Dragons!!!!!! No doubt about it. They are wise, graceful, beautiful, mystical. And they can do just about anything they want and have no problems getting away with it. I don't believe that they are the monsters portrayed in many stories, though. I can't believe that they'd wast time hunting us down and killing us. Unless we intruded on some valuable hunting grounds. I myself would get a little ticked. They have everything, and let's face it, humans have next to nil. We're pathetic compared to them, and they know it. That's what I love best about them. The intelligence of millions of humans put together with the simplicity of the normal animal lifestyle. That is: live, learn, grow, breed, and die with nothing holding you back or holding you down. They have something i pray for: complete freedom. And a great creature like that needs to be portrayed in a better light.

In order:a)Bigfoot
b)Extraterrestrials
c)Loch Ness monster
Why? Because with each of these creatures there is the tantalizing possibility that they are not myths after all. I put them in order of what I think is the most probable to have scientific merit. Each of these phenomena have some kind of documented trace that, while not yet proven, gives them a special allure. There are many other creatures of myth that claim evidence of existence, but these are my favourites.

Any creature out of myth. I would have to choose a werewolf. Why? Because to me they represent power and strength. Plus they have been know since ancient Greece (Can't remember kings name Zeus turned into a wolf). Plus they are known through out medieval Europe. But I like them because like I said to me they represent strength and power.

my favorite would have to be vampires. not the vampires like in the movies, the modern vampires, who have extreme senses and live a (mostly) normal life. and just so that you all know, vampires are NOT dead... that's just a legand. they are close to dead, but not dead.

as for why? i'm an awakeining one myself. this is soooo much fun!! not....... it sucks, because you cant get away from people at school, and you dont know when the "hunger" is going to come back...

i LOVE merpeople mainly because they are free to enjoy the depths of the ocean, so beautiful, not like humans who live in cement forests.... It would be fun to swim all through the ocean and see all the wonders of the deep...

Fairies. Because they take care of nature, and are like the guardians of the woods, and little animals etc.
