So, all of these answers pretty much suck. Herpes, HPV, crabs, and anything else that you can catch from skin to skin contact are still dangers, as with ANY type of sex, and many activities that aren't sexual as well.

When done and used properly, there is a MUCH lower risk of getting fluid-carried diseases (gonorrhea, clymidia, HIV, syphilis, almost none of which I've probably spelled correctly :-/) with a condom. As with any sex, there is some risk, and as with any sex, if you feel any problem with the condom you should replace it. And use lots of lube.

Without a condom...either party is just really really hoping that the other one doesn't have anything.

There is none. Wear protection always.

There is danger with vaginal intercourse as well. I'm not sure where the this question is going, but just to let you know.

Use protection...then the both ways / side ways / upside down intercourse should be safe.

Little know fact: condoms weren't designed for anal sex, neither was the anus made for penetration because of tearing and ruptures.

The CDC won't exactly let that one get out. STD/STIs can still be contracted with anal sex. Heard of many guys getting anal warts/condylomas/HPV WITH a condom.
