Which is the more accurate way to perform a hormone "panel"?

My guess is that blood would be more accurate, but saliva is much easier to get. If you can show (or someone else already has shown) a perfect correlation between blood and saliva levels, then using saliva should be fine. If you search PubMed, you should be able to find literature related to your question...
