i think im addicted to flogging the dolphin. i do it almost everynight. sometimes i beat it like it owes me money. my wife knows i bop the bishop but doesnt know how often i take advantage of myself. is it an addiction?

If you are not hurting anyone and your hand is not sore enough to conflict with your doing your job and supporting your family then there is no problem... tenderizing the meat is a personal thing, do it and enjoy it.
