you were one of those people who isn't really qiuet but is qiuet at school.

Everywhere you go there is always someone trying to intimidate you and make you feel small and insecure. You try to get on with your life and blend in with the other people and love to have a laugh with everyone. But you can't because this basterd **** happens to you everyday

Darling, you don't need to put up with this.

Talk to a teacher you trust.

Also talk to your parents.

Don't let all this sh*t get you down. Bullies are just arseholes, You are better than them.

Hope it all works out for you. All the best. xx

I would feel terrible because it happened to me. I was bullied mercilessly at school. It got so bad that in the end I just left school. It was much too late to transfer. Anyway, I ended up having a really long summer and went to college to get some qualifications. I studied hard and made some good friends and put my anger and experience into writing songs and stories. I also learnt to play guitar. I did quite well with music, got in some great bands and got to meet and play with some really famous rock stars which was pretty cool. I also moved my love of music into dj'ing. Played in lots of clubs all over which is where I met the beautiful girl that is now my wife. We both went to uni together and got more qualifications and we had some great times. Since then I've had some great jobs right across the whole spectrum of work. Right now I'm in a really respectable job in quite a lot of power. I have an house in the nicest part of town. What about those that were at school, most worked in fish factories and shops. Some even managed to become labourers or brickies. None have really done anything with themselves. In fact a few of them work for the company that I now work for and because of what I do they tremble whenever I visit their departments.
Anyway, its hard but in the long run I've had the last laugh and am still laughing now! Talk to someone though or write it down and channel your energies.
Good luck and if you need it just drop me an email.

Iam very sorry this is happening to you. I wish i could give you the magic words that gives you an answer to it all, but these type of people are beyond hope and talking to. Just try to carry on with your head up and feeling proud of who you are. Meanwhile maybe its time to tell people like teachers, parents etc about the bullying. Keep a diary of the times, dates, people and what they do. So when and if it all comes to a head you can produce something that has everything in, because it can all become jumbbled and confused when upset and trying to explain to people. Anyway sorry im not good at this type of advice but hope it helps someway to know that there are some nice people out there :)

Aww, I really feel 4 u. Theres nothing worse than bloody chavs and bitches who think they are better than anyone else. There should be a law against chavs. You must tell someone- not a teacher cuz they do **** all (They are just as useful as chocolate teapots) tell a parent in confidence. Well considering the parent isn't the type to march into school and complain to the head (cuz they too, are totally useless)
Maybe you could get them to transfer you schools where you can have a fresh start? Don't bottle it all up.

Firstly, dont let the idiots and cowards get you down..

second, go and talk to a teacher or head teacher.

Third and most importantly.....
Go and study a proper martial art like tae kwon do, shotokan or wing chun kung fu. learn this properley and study hard and you will be rewarded with high self esteem, you will look back with a confidence aqnd even have sympathy for this sad people.

I trained at 13 until i was 23 and graded to second dan black belt. I have been training again with tae kwon do for two years and have again graded to blue belt. it is fun, builds confidence and gives a good understanding of social life.

good luck, dont get down and just say to them stop, no more.

I'd feel powerless and worthless, which is why I wouldn't tolerate bullying. You need to speak to a teacher or student counsellor for advise on how to stand up for yourself without making things worse. In my experience bullies back down when confronted by someone who appears confident and more powerful than them. This behaviour is a sympton of their insecurities and they will continue if they think you'll let them. Please stand up to them, you deserve to be treated with respect, you are no less deserving of decent treatment than everyone else.

I use to get that at work every day. People use to look at me and think they could take the P.I.S.S. and everyday i'd have an arguement with someone and there were 3,000 people where i worked so i just went around treatrning them if they bugged me. I said to one person 'get all the people who don't like me and we'll settle this outside', i meant it! Don't take no S.H.I.T. from anyone. K.I.C.K. A.R.S.E.
