Well there are a few things that you can do, and drinking plenty of water is one of them. First to give your digestive tract a good cleanse eat plenty of fiber, to remove alcohol from your blood system and give your body and overall detox, you can boil about 4 cups of water then add some fresh parsley and make a tea to drink from this mixture. Note do this detox diet at home you will urinate a lot and dispose of any unwanted toxins in the body, be sure to drink plenty of water because of the water loss you are going to go through. You don't want to end up with a massive headache!! The other thing you should be cautious of is do not drink your water too fast, if your urine is clear you will be loosing essential vitamins and nutrients. I hope this helps you and good luck with your detox diet.

Sorry to disappoint you but drinking lots of fluids is one of the most important things: be it water, herbal teas (esp.nettle and dandelion), fruit juices etc. What i also found very good is the Milk thistle (tabs or tincture form): it helps your liver detox and get rid of all the nasties- worked marvels for me. It's also very effective as a hangover cure- ideally taken before as well as after the drinking session.
Also the diet rich in fruit and veg and as few processed foods as possible. And try and stay away from the booze at least for some time- your body deserves a break.
All the best.
Take care

Apart from from replacing all the alcohol and junk food clogging up your system with plenty of fruit, vegetables, wholegrain cereals, pulses, etc. (and yes - sip some water every time you remember, throughout the day) you could try using Juniper essential oil in your bath (5 drops) every day for two weeks. Not only it would help clear your body from all the accumulated toxins, but also your mind.
A course of Milk Thistle supplement, as already mentioned, would do wonders for a jaded liver.

You can take a herbal remedy available in most health food stores called milk thistle. It cleanses and detoxes the liver of all the junk as long as you are eating well and not drinking alcohol at the same time. It boosts the detox process so you see results in your hair and skin etc. It can be expensive in some places but it doesn't have to be. If you are in the UK and know of Home Bargains or Wilkinson, you can get it cheaply there. You have to take it with water though, but not gallons! I have been taking it with cod liver oil and garlic to try and help my combination skin and so far the results are good. Good luck.

Wheatgrass juice over time pulls it out. There are also cleanses that pull the caked on junk out. Blessedherbs.com sells one and even has PICTURES on their site! EKK!!! Some people don't believe it's in there, others do. Same with docs...some say it's rediculous, some say it's for real. YOU have to be the judge in the end... I have done one and yeah some bizarre stuff came out. I am drinking 2 oz. of wheatgrass juice a day for another health reason but notice it is cleaning old stuff out. Rather wild....Started buying the wheatgrass at local juice bar (Jamba Juice) but it's way cheaper to grow it myself and juice it...
You also could go to a local health food store and ask what sort of flushes they have to clean out the colon...there are allllll sorts of things.
Sorry so many people said water after you asked them not to...people just don't listen well, do they! ;) ha ha...

The longer it is going on the greater durable it will be to ever replace. It catches up with you ultimately. you have a severe tolerance in spite of the undeniable fact that that's nonetheless doing harm to each organ on your physique. i'm no longer attempting to evangelise, I drink way too a lot and have for 20 years now.

Time. It won't happen overnight.
Just drink non-alcoholic drinks you like, maybe fruit juice, and change your diet. Cook your own food, that way you know exactly what goes in it. Not difficult, stir fry vegetables, bit of chicken, rice, whatever you fancy.
Stay away from fast food outlets, and steer clear of microwave type meals (contain too much salt, amongst other things).
Don't be tempted to take any form of laxatives; you'll only get dehydrated.
Hope this helps. x

The two BEST options is...1. Go get a Colan Cleanser to flush 85% of your bowel tracks,or 2. go to the Doctor to get a anus flush, and what they would do is (NOT TO BE GROSS OR SICK),but they stick this tube up your anus, but it,s not painful,I thought it was going to hurt like hell, but they know what their doing.I had to get it done because I my tracks was to junky, for my own health.Anyways, then they suck all the BIO out of you clean. You will fell the difference in your stomach and digestive tracks ,you'll fell good and brand new, plus will lose at lease 5-7lbs ,GOOD LUCK!!!

If I can't say the W word than I can't help you much. Use increasing natural fiber. Alcohol doesn't stay in the digestive tract.
