I'm 35 weeks pregnant and we still don't have a name for our baby. We don't know the sex. Which do you like better?

BOY GIRL
Oskar Mathew Samantha Bliss
Kenyon Joseph Liberty Bliss

Joseph was my grandfather's name, and "OM" are my husband's initials. We just like the sound of the girl names, and would call her "Sammy" for Samantha or "Berty" for Liberty. Thanks for your help!

I really like the idea of carrying on your husband's initials. :)

Oskar Mathew is a great choice, and I like the Germanic spelling.

I like both Samantha and Liberty. Bliss is okay, but seems a little stripperish, especially with Liberty. I'm sorry.

How about Josephine or Josephina for a girl, to honor your grandfather?

Oskar Mathew
Olek Micah
Orion Malachi
Oliver Mason

Jocasta Liberty
Josephine Bliss
Samantha Joy
Jolie Samantha

Good luck to you, and I hope this helps! :)

I really like Oskar or Oscar - however you want to spell it. Although, if you spell it differently, he'll have to spend his life correcting everyone. I not partial to Kenyon but love Joseph. If you do call your daughter Liberty, you could also call her Libby which I think is very cute. And Samantha is a classic name that is always nice. I'm not really fond of the Bliss though.

Sorry but I do not like Berty as a nickname. Reminds me of an old, fat German woman.
Oskar reminds me of Oscar the Grouch.
Liberty is a nice name, but I am not crazy about Bliss.
I like Kenyon Joseph. How about Samantha Liberty?

Go with Oskar Mathew and Liberty Bliss! I adore them. Keep the Bliss.

Ok...I am going to be brutally honest here since you ask..and naming is such a serious subject....I think you are just asking for trouble if you name your future son Oskar....he will be teased GUARANTEED throughout school...and it may even follow into his adult years where it will probably more good natured...but still teasing nonetheless. And Liberty Bliss....here's the ouch...sorry in advance....sounds like a stripper or adult film star. *ducks....don't hit me* Liberty by itself could be really cute. And if you really are partial to Oskar...how about making it his middle name instead of his first? I know it won't the same initials as your husbands...but still cute...Matthew Oskar...the two names still work well in reverse. I really like all the names...just be careful how you put them together...and although Bliss is cute in concept...hmm...I just really think it might be tough to work with and not sound...well...ahem...as I said. Good luck to you and your baby...I am sure he/she will be healthy and happy no matter what name you decide! Best wishes!

Oh my god. DON'T call your little girl "Berty". No No No!
Liberty is a pretty name and Bliss is awesome but "Berty" Bliss? Uh-uh. Unless you want her to hate you.
Oskar is whiskery old man-ish, or a cute green grouch that lives in a garbage can.
Oliver would be better.

Oskar does remind me of Oscar the Grouch but then again, its really different and not used very much. It would be unique, especially with that spelling.
And I think Bliss is a cute middle name...

I like the name Oscar but only if it is spelled traditionally. Samantha is OK but are you really in love with "Bliss"? I don't like it. Kenyon sounds too much like canyon too me and I hate concept names Liberty, Serinity, Hope, Charity, Patience, ect.

I hope you aren't offended but you did ask for opinons.
