you get one or the other. i know many of you will say-i'll take the education and make the money and i know many will say the opposite i'll take the money and go get an education. studies show that people who usually have the money-don't go out and get educations.

so please choose either.

Ok if i get the education i won't get the money? and if i get the money i can't get the education?... if it was a genie and she asked me this, given the condition that i would NEVER get the other... i would take the money, cause i'd prefer dying happy, rich, and stupid, than very educated and wise without a penny. After all the idea of getting an education is giving you the means to get an economic income... so, if you can't get the education first to get money..... i don't see the point of getting an education if you can get the money for free for the rest of your life. THIS IS ONLY IF YOU CAN GET ONLY ONE OF THESE.

I'd take the money, cause I could get the education for free just by reading and studying on my own at the library. I think college is a big rip-off in many cases. I have an engineering degree but have learned most of what I need for my job on the job. The most valuable lessons I learned in college were outside of class and had more to do with human nature and growing up.

Interesting question. Education is my answer. I married into a pretty comfortable lifestyle, but never went to school. Not that I never will though! I just get uncomfortable with the "where did you go, what did you study" questions. With an education, money will come in time.

First how much money?
I'm just gonna assume it's an exhorbitant amount.
Well, considering that I already have an education (bachelors and masters, graduated with honors) and it's still not bringing me a stable job... I'd say money.
If you really wanted an education, you could teach yourself (heck, that's what college is all about isn't it?). With no stress about money, I'd have plenty of time to gain knowledge on various subjects and enjoy doing it.

Well most people get an education to get money. So I would just fast forward my life and get the money.
