The easy thing to do: Try doing a google search for "professor forensic anthropology" or "forensic anthropology university" first to locate universities with practicing forensic anthropologists among their faculty. The e-mail addresses of forensic anthropologists who work in university departments are usually publicly listed in their departmental webpages.

Off the top of my head you'll find forensic anthropologists at Loyola, U of Hawaii, UC Santa Cruz, U of Pittsburgh. Just poke around university webpages.
