Does anyone know of a state where the cutoff date for entering Kindergarten is after Nov. 5?

I would like to enroll my child in Kindergarten but he will not be 5 until Nov. 5 and misses the cutoff in my state. It is Sep.1. However, if he is enrolled at another school, he can transfer into the school in our area.d

In OH and NY, it is Dec. 1.

In California it is around December 2 or 3.
