and if so how likely is it that it will cause infirtility?

so why is there a different way that women are supposed to do sit ups to the way men are supposed to? are the muscles different or something? or are the people who say women should do sit ups differently wrong?

Yeah. So the musculature system and the reproductive system are two different things. Yes, they work together, but no, you cannot DAMAGE your reproductive system with exercise.

No doing sit ups wrong will not cause infertility.

I have never heard women should do sit-up differently. I know that women are allowed to do girlie push-ups but it has nothing to do with your fertility.
