I believe in them a lot. I have seen and heard to many unexplainable thing in my life not to believe in them. I do not believe that they all want or could harm you. But I do believe that some are a negative energy that for some reason can't move on.
With my kids to many times I have seen them playing and acting as if some one was right there, but I couldn't see anything.
There are times when I hear something come in a room but again there's nothing there. Well nothing I can see anyway.

I don't want to believe in them, but I've had one experience in my life that made me believe in them and the show "Ghost Hunters" gives some solid evidence for their existence. They may not necessarily be actual spirits, maybe just imprints of a person, but I do believe in them.

i do not call them ghosts however i do believe there are unknown energies that feed off your emotions and i understand they will follow you or stay with your location and i think that not all are here to harm
