stay away and tell EVERYONE you know about your experience eating their food, which I'm sure you will never do again, from the experience of being poisoned let alone their bullsh*t reaction. you could sue, but it may not be worth the expense. Word of mouth helps a business when positive, hurts a business when it is negative

Food poising with the exception of botulism takes normally takes 18-24 hours for the on set of symptoms to occur. If this is in your time frame contact the place you ate and notify them. A reputable store will pull the products from the line and report it to the QC center. They should also give you a number of their company HQ you can call and file a report. Any legal action you might take is at pour own expense...so is any medical attention you seek. When and if you can prove it was their product that caused your illness then you have other options. But your best bet is if other people file similar complaints...same product, time of day, etc.

First you need to realize that a lot of restaurants have people call everyday saying that they have food poisoning from them. It's hard to take everyone seriously when people just call because they are trying to get their money back. If I were you I would take a note from your Doctor up to the manager in person and talk to them, then they can fill out their reports and submit it to their insurance company. I don't know how much you can get if you weren't fatally ill, but you will at least get your Doctors charges covered.

Definitely keep the receipt! I know when there was this one time that my dad went to mcdonalds, he ordered a fish fillet sandwhich and when he bit down on the sandwhich it was frozen solid nor cooked! Man! he was really upset and scolded the manager out loud in front of everybody! He did file a report to the health services department to have that place inspected.
Yeah, I would definitely report it to the health services department!

Well honestly I am a cert. asst. mgr. for a food joint and I was tested on this u can take it to the health department and if they get more than 2 complaint within that time frame and all then they will go to that joint and inspect right away they will not even notify the joint that their coming and so its unexpected and they will decided whether to close it down or keep it open so the same thing dont happen again.lol its true.

A friend of mine had food poisoning from a restaurant also. His attorney told him that food poisoning is impossible to prove, so he had no case.

Like I should of did Wendy's, do every step it tkaes to close the restuarnt down. Even if it involves the highest court in the country. However, since I was unable to sue, I just don't patronize the restaurant or their food. Their getting their due payback as we speak.
