we ordered from domino's last night and now the family has food poisoning we were all fine till we ate the pizza. now they are acting like we are not telling the truth we went to the Dr and he told yep it was food poisoning

I can't believe they were so unconcerned when you contacted them. The least they could have done was offer to pay the doctor's bill and comp you to another pizza. If you want to pursue it you might want to put an ad in your local paper asking if anyone else got sick from Domino's Food on that particular night. If they did, then you could probably seek damages. If this all fails.....DON'T order from Domino's anymore AND tell all your friends.

I would take your case to a lawyer, and sue. These people did you wrong. If you have the proof that you had food poison. I'd take them to court, and collect the money, I would also, never get food from them again. I would also tell my friends of the experince, and may be they would ban themselves as well. If they make bad food, they need to shut down. Also, pray for them that they improve the food, so no one elese will get sick as well. Good luck.

OOOOhhhh....tricky ground answering this for you. The restauraunt is probably not purposely acting like they don't believe you, in most situations, they are advised to admit to nothing until their insurance can be consulted (this would be their accident insurance.) I would contact the restaurant one more time and ask if anything was resoved. If you are not happy with their answer and you are sure you contacted food poisoning from them, call your local health department.
