haha mr. furley, he's hilarious! i haven't seen greedy gretchen yet but i haven't gotten through all of the episodes...anyone remember the one where Jack became an escort (first episode with Lana) to earn some extra dough....haha....oh and they give Janet a makeover to try and turn Larry off so that he'll quit thinking she's the "girl next door..." oh too funny.

I am a huge fan!! I loved Helen and Mr. Farley (???). The last episode made me cry, but it was my fave!! Cant say that I like Crissy because I cannot stand really dumb blonds. Semi dumb OK but handicapped by stupidity kills me. I loved the physical comedy of John Ritter. RIP. I also love the writing, if any network tried to put it on again they would get sued by all the "minorities" out there. Those days were great!!

That show was great. I loved the scenes in the "Regal Beagle" (sp?). My favorite character was Larry (upstairs neighbor). I actually liked "Chrissy" otherwise known as "Christmas Snow". I forget if they ever showed us "Greedy Gretchen". If you've seen her in any of the DVDs that you just bought, please let me/us know.

Favorite episodes: The one where Jack pretended that he had an identical twin brother (Austin?) who was straight because Mr. Furley caught Jack fooling around with a woman. Mr. Furley wanted to have a drink with Jack and his brother at the same time. It was hilarious.

I love that show. There's to many to name as my favorite episode. However, I loved when Barry Williams was on the show as a suitor of Janets and they were at a party at his place and Jack took some pills{Pain pills I think} and got really hyper dancing all over, put a lamp shade on his head. I also, love Jack pretending to be a made up cousin of his, Austin from Austin Texas,so he could go on a date with Ropers niece. Or when everyone thought Jack was dating a much older lady, but was really dating her daughter. Classic Jack. God I miss John Ritter. RIP......You are really missed.

Mr. Roper, especially in the earlier episodes when he told this weak jokes and looked into the camera, grinning.
