Not sure exactly what you are looking for but on the site listed below, you can find alot of information on legal records. When you go to the site, on the left hand side, go to search dockets and then below it there is also the option to search Non OCIS counties where you can search through the rest of the counties.

Are you talking about birth/death/property/divorce? These kinds of records can be obtained/or examined at the county courthouse, usually. You may wish to check at www.usgenweb.net/ok for more information on where to obtain specific records. If you desire a copy or a cerfied copy, you have to pay a fee.

Do you mean on the internet? Last time I checked, they charged for it. I'd call the court house in OKC and ask though. If you are looking for offenders, go here:

you simply go to the courthouse with your request, and they will bring the public records to you or take you to them.
