Most people would tell you diet and exercise more. Well I've got a way you can lose 40 pounds in 2 months. Want to know why! 1. Set Up Realistic Weight Loss Goals. Don't set a weird goal like 10 pound a day no. 2. Drink Plenty of Water. Drink about 6-8 glass of water per day. 3. Chew More Slowly when You Eat. If you eat 5 smaller a day you will accomplish your goal, but pleas don't eat three enormous meal. That would actual get you fatter. 4. Exercise at least 30 minuets per day. Pleas stay away from pills they could kill you, some pills could help but there is a few that do help. If you follow this correctly you will achieve your weight goal.

You have to reduce your calories and workout. Losing weight is not easy for me so I go twice a week to group classes at the gym (weight lifting and cycling) and then do cardio the other days by myself. I also started the Special K diet and I love it!!!! Just go to special.com and it will give you all the details. You only want to lose 2-3 lbs a week to keep it off. Anything faster will just be short lived. So you are looking at 10-12 lbs a month. Have fun with what ever workout you pick and it helps if you have a workout buddy! Keeps you on track! To maintain her weight a woman should consume 2000 calories a day so you should shoot for anything lower than that but NEVER lower than 1300. Good LUCK!! Oh.....and only weigh yourself ONCE a week. I do it on Mondays in the morning b/c that is when you get your TRUE weight!

cut your refined carbs and sugars drink plenty 8-10- glasses of water and lots of veggies and LEAN protein i lost 30 pounds in less than 4 months-cardio 45 min about 4-6 times a week the thing is the other "methods" arent going to last and arent healthy for a woman -take a multivitamin as well as a B-complex for energy

If you need a FAST way to lose weight, try a low carb diet, you lose 10 pounds or more the first 2 weeks.

Strictly Protein Honey. Eat a huge amount of Tuna forever and I guarantee the weight will drop off. Then you will have to go back to a balanced diet though and just eat less (of the healthy foods) And remember that fat cells can only increase. Once your body makes a fat cell, it's yours for life, unless you pay to have it sucked out as in Big Bucks!! You can deflate it, but it's yours!!Good Luck!! @8-)

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

watch the carbs and sugars and eat 6 times a day..every 2 to 3 hours. 3 small sit down meals and 3 healthy snacks....make sure the snacks include 1 protein and 1 carb to tie you over until your real meal. oh, and lot's of water in between!

do an hour of cardio almost every day....if there is weight watchers around go to a meeting so you get supplies like good diet recipies and stuff like that.....go to www.dwlz.com and scroll down....if you do weight watchers points there is a huge list of how much everything is....there is also healthy recipies......DO AT LEAST AN HOUR OF CARDIO EVERY DAY AND PUMP IT OUT.....i lost 4 pounds in the first week and i am a teen

The fastest way to lose weight is to hack off all of your limbs. You will feel SO MUCH lighter without legs and arms!

Eat right, low fat foods, and excercise, don't procrastinate at all, stay on your schedule at all times. Tai-Bo worked for my girlfriend awesomely, it hurts the first week, but you find yourself getting used to it as days go by. Don't eat McDonalds.
