I'm 13 and 3 months and a male, i haven't grown, yet, down below. So can someone tell me if that is bad or will it happen soon.

stop worrying about your size and whether you are growing down there. I would say that unless you have a medical history of hormone problems in your family to let it go. People develop at different times later or sooner. for example I'm 34 and have very little facial/body hair growth. It's no big deal neither does my dad. All things happen in God's time.
I often wonder if there is a connection between masterbation and penis size. When I was young I spanked the monkey daily and now I'm huge. More important than size is not having to deal with premature ejaculation. also helped my masterbation

Wait a while. You are only 13 so there's plenty of time for growing in other areas. Puberty isn't over in most boys until 17. It is not bad and it should happen soon.

You have about 6 more years of growing before you need to start worrying about that. If your 19 an still have that problem then thats a different story!

It will happen when it happens. There is no way of knowing. Your genes differ from others. Stop being in such a rush and enjoy your youth. it'll come soon enough.

i remember when i was at ur age my penis is only small but sometime it eventually growed up......... it depends on ur genes.. and because we have different genes therefore we will have diffferent times of growing up ur penis and ur balls and everything else......................... just enjoy ur childhoodness because it will soon end because u are becoming a teenager....
