maybe get involved in a playgroup? Kids his age, that he can get to know and look forward to playing with...just a thought.

Try 2 speak English with him at home, im guessing your arabic right?
Anyways, english is an easy language 2 learn, and after a while, youll want 2 wish that hell return 2 talk in his mother language.
Try 2 sign him up in clubs and boyscouts.

Maybe you could buy him some videos, audio CDs, or books in English, something entertaining that will engage him without having to know the language, similar to what young children watch to learn words. That is a very good way to learn because it engages the child's attention in something they consider fun.
