the webpages will load but they are completely blank. A bunch of websites I visited before my Internet Explorer crashed worked, but now they won't. What is wrong and how can I fix it?

You Might do a Google search for the problem

Search: Firefox Video Blank, as I just did see below.

I also found in the list some useful stuff including the Firefox tool that enables you to save You Tube video to disk

All videos work in Firefox on my PC and I always stick with Firefox if at all possible since it is user friendly, feature rich, more secure, and why is Bill Gates now copying it and trying to block it if it's no good!

If all else fails try a re-install of the latest edition of Firefox

Firefox is made up with the same framework as netscape. Some sites will let you install the required 'plug ins' but most won't, leaving you unable to view videos on them. I stick with IE 6 which I only use for certain sites (video ones mostly) and use firefox for everything else as it's safer. The link below is place where you can get ie6 if you want to reinstall it.
