In the first case, there are a variety of ways to do that, but the best ones involve using a gas chromatograph or other instrument.

For the other two cases, one of the compounds is very soluble in water, but the second isn't. So, you could take a known weight of the solid, mix it with water, collect what remains insoluble and weigh it.
