My Big Fat Greek Wedding, probably the only "date" movie my wife and I both like. Another one I liked was Jump Tomorrow, but it will probably be hard to find.

Try Casablanca - it's an old classic romantic film. It's got everything... watch it before you watch it with her.
Another great classic romantic film is Gone with the wind.
Make sure you turn the lights down, and keep all distractions like phones turned off.. light some candles.. set the mood.. and nice comfy pillows on the couch or bed..
