In pokemon Emerald how do you find a pokemon that already knows dig because i deleted the tm by accident.?

keep going around in caves and there is this pokemon that looks like a big worm popping out of the ground, i can't remember the name. It looks happy and it knows dig.

you can't...there are no pokemon in the wild that already know dig....you must trade with someone else to get it
