Can you close a segment ring on your own or do you need a professional?

I have many piercings. But I want to use segment rings in my ears. Is it possible to buy them and insert them myself or do I need someone to do it for me?

That all depends on you, and the gauge and size of the ring. Segment rings usually aren't much of a problem, but you might need some help because it's difficult to get certain angles sometimes when it comes to rings. Give it a try by yourself.
