every time i go to my itunes libary it says they have encountered a problem and need to close,can anyone help me with this it`s driving me mad.thanks.

have you tried re installing i tunes? Just a suggestion. I wonder if anyone from apple has checked out this forum and seen the hundreds of plees of help from i pod users. And all of my mates wonder why i have also refused to buy an i pod!

i'm having the same problem someone told me that its down to the amount of people using itunes, with all the ipods bought at Christmas. i know thats not much help.

I use I-Tunes loads and have had this problem only once. I had to download the latest version and then it was alright.

you need to remove then re-install the latest itunes**, and make sure your iPod has the latest update on it
also, have you virus scanned it just to be safe....

try completely shutting your computer down and then restarting it. Then open your itunes library. Hope this helps.
