Hilary Duff got an 18 year old guy arrested for her claim of "Stalking" Now he has to serve 117 days in jail and five years probation after pleading no contest., Is it right?

Do you know all the details? Like how far his supposed stalking actually went? The police don't arrest someone just because they are being annoying to a celebrity. Otherwise, I think TONS of people would be spending time in jail! And besides, pleading no contest means that you are not going to object to the decision made by the judge... pleading "not guilty" means that you want a trial and pleading "guilty" will get you a harsher sentence. So maybe you should focus more on your own life than that of a celebrity.

Would he have got a jail sentence if it wasn't Hilary Duff he was stalking? Would the case even have come up? I don't know how much evidence there was, but I bet it'd take a lot more to jail him if it was someone non-famous.

Yeah, nobody has the right to stalk , these dudes are sicko's or should we just let them slit our throats when they slip over the edge. Should be put in the nut house.
