Standard form of the equation of a line is Ax + By = C(a constant)
So all you have to do is add 3x to both sides and you have it.
3x + y = 9.

i don't know what u refer to standard form but...
you may also write: 3x +y -9=0

"standard form" means that =0 is the end of the equation, and the first coeffecient is positive. (also, typically the higher power monomials are to the left, and lower to the right with constants right next to the equal sign).

y + 3x - 9 = 0

This is "standard form."
