I really liked the old ER. I still watch it when nothing else is on. I was hoping John Stamos would revive it, but I think it's too far gone.

Early 90's ER. It kind of went down hill since then and I've never cared for Grey's Anatomy.

Grey's Anatomy!! ER isn't as fun to watch. Grey's gives you like the medical stuff and relationship stuff like ER does but Grey's also has great humor. It is DEFINATLY The better show!!!

If I have to choose between the two, I'd pick E.R. If I can pick from all possible medical dramas, I'd choose House, M.D.

I like the old ER with Clooney and Anthony Edwards, but now I like Grey. George is awesome. felt so bad when his dad died!!

you forgot General Hospital, Kingdom Hospital, House, Scrubs, all those shows on Discovery health!!!
