One of my neighbors (a new tenant in another apt. in the same house) had this huge mut and just let him go anywhere he wanted, although we had woods all around the house.
We (the rest of the tenants) posted a note in the mail area and still this @ss let his dog poop away.
I got really mad after I stepped in it one morning........so I piled the rest on an old plate and stuck in front of his door (which he stepped in on his way out)
with a note on the banister that read "How do you like it??"
.............Never happened again. ;-)

I would go outside and good off on the lady(yell at her) and then she probably stop then and if she doesn't, then put up a fence and go and get a dog if you don't already have a dog and every time your dog has to go poop take it in that lady's yard and have your dog poop there.

Kindly ask her to remove it
Remove it yourself and put it on her lawn
Put a fence around your lawn or if already a fence - put a gate up.
I also have a neighbours dog that does that too - but I wasn't watching when the dog did it - so she turned round and said I shouldn't accuse her. - grrh . Hope you manage to sort things out

I suggest that you notify her that you would appreciate it if she cleans up after her dog, since if she doesn't you have to do it and that's not fair. Tell her in person or either in writing. Also, check into the rules regarding cleaning up of waste from animals in the area where you live. Remember that you also need proof that it's actually her dog that's doing this. I guarantee you that the first thing she'll say is it's not her dog.

make little signs on white cards where you can draw a little dog pooping and draw a big red cirle with a line through it. Make how ever many you need and post them where she lets her dog go. That way you dont have to say anything. But if it continues, you have to catch her in the act, you cant say anything after its done and shes gone, and say could you please restrain your dog from making a mess of my lawn and if you cant, please have the courtesy to clean it up.

go to her house and talk to her about it. then if nothing changes make a formal complaint with animal control. then if nothing changes pick up the dog poop and put it on her lawn so she has to deal with it every time just like you do.

I enable my dogs pee on shrubs and trees, and so on. merely not motor vehicle wheels or trash packing containers for the reason that those are human beings's property. I enable him poop anyplace and that i continually p.c.. it up. i attempt to stroll him in an open field section so i don't could in spite of the undeniable fact that. everybody who might supply somebody the finger over it incredibly is a jerk and in all threat merely searching for an excuse to be rude. A well mannered "Please do not enable your dogs pee on my backyard" might suffice. I comprehend not everybody is puppy-friendly yet there are better techniques of managing it. My spiteful streak says a prior due night "rigidity-by pooping" is so as on that front backyard. ha ha ha!

Every time her dog poops on your lawn, scoop it up and put it on her door step. She'll get the point.

Take pictures of her doing it and don't hide .Let her know that your taking the pictures and taking her to court.Usually just the threat stops this behavior. You could also call the police. Most towns have a "poop' law.Talk to your local police to see what they say.
