Finding someone....?

How can I find someone who I went to school with? in canada? I haven't seen him in ages and only know his first and last name and that he is the same age as me. Ideas?

I've tried www.classmates.com, but it costs money to get started. Worse, it's a pain to get out of their system, so you end up spending even more than you first thought. But you could at least register there as a basic (free) member.
