I was playing a game the other day and I noticed something.
Why do I get upset when I don't win?
If I stuck with the easy levels, I could win all the time.
Yet, I try the hard levels and get defeated and it upsets me.
I seem to always be setting my sights way too high.
This in turn creates depression. It's really a kind of vicuous cycle in a way. I just can't seem to be happy unless I push myself to defeat.

It's not only games, but everything.
On one hand, I shouldn't get upset, but on the other hand, I shouldn't stop trying. It becomes something without an answer. One poster is pretty much right, I am about out of spirit. I just don't feel like fighting or trying anymore. The defeat is too upsetting.
