what are the qualities of a team player/worker?

what are the different qualities you would want in five different persons who would help you carry a big engine up a hill?

A true team player thinks about others BEFORE himself. He is very humble and also willing to share information as opposed to keeping it for some sort of personal edge over the rest of the team. He is also very willing to learn and listens to others. He is also very flexible according to the needs of the team.
Forgive me for just saying "he" "he" "he" all the time...it's generalization.

Strength,reliability and the ability to work together as a team,so no one get`s hurt in the process.
