On a scale of 1-10 would you go to an entertainment establishment that is BYOB?

Liquor licences are hard to come by. And expensive.Would you pay an openning charge-say-5 dollars per bottle?Would you pay a flat rate for the entertainment and liquor-say 20 ?It would be cheaper for both parties>

We have lots of "hole in the wall" joints here in Virginia that are BYOB. You pay to get in and you pay for the setup (ice, cups, napkins).
