I wrestle in the 81-90 pounds weight class and the county championships are saturday the 3rd of February. My biggest competitor is very quick. I have already lost to him this year. He likes to shoot, use headlocks, chickenwings, bulldogs, and cradles. I really want to beat him. What are some moves I shoud run or tactics I should use?

work lots of sprawls, with instatly trainsitioning to the the back. You will want to control someone like that, get control and then think about finishing.

Did he pin you the last time or win by points?Alot of wrestlers at that weight are fast,sounds like you got your work cut out for you.There are so many moves i cant explain them all to you on here.You have to prepare mentally as well as physically, Hard work will pay off, make sure you eat some fruit and a energy bar before you wrestle.Train with one of your fastest teamates.I wrestled Jr. high, High school, and College in the 80s. If you put your mind to it you can beat him,Good luck and i hope you prevail.

This is easy. I use to wrestle for My high school in Rochester New York amd My record was 41-0 I weighed 130 pounds. Know to beat your oppent you have to out think him. You know what he going to do, from your last fight. ake what you know and think before he attacks. Truthfully is really about heart. if you want this more than him you will win I promise.

Hide a "foreign" object in your tights! And then BAM!!! Then try grabbing a handful of tights while you pin him.

Hopefully your stronger than him or your done. if your stronger than you must use that and keep him close in clinches.
