Use protection. A condom would be best unless she is on the pill and it's both your first times. Be gently with her. Make sure she's well lubricated. It's a big deal to a girl when she loses her virginity, much more so than for a guy.

I hope you and her have actually sat down and spoken about this possibility. It is very emotional (especially for the woman)... make her feel relaxed and comfortable. Have lots of foreplay. Use a condom and lubricate with KY jelly... it really helps, especially if it is her first time, because it will be quite sore for her...

If I could do it all over again I wish he didn't use a condom for the first time, it kinda ruined it for me. If you know your not sick I wouldn't worry about the condom. Get her excited then you wount need KY jelly either.

first you both need to talk about it and both need to agree with it and please use a condom and to better protect she should maybe take some birth control and you need to wear a condom
