drug test are issued BEFORE you get the job. that's what i'm speaking on.

Depends on the job.....in most cases I'd say in invasion to privacy but if your job is something which could endanger others (like a surgeon or a pilot for instance) then yes they'd be relevant if that person was suspected.

I agree with them a 100%. Every corporation has the right not to hire dopeheads which may steal from them to feed their habit, or perform poorly. So yes, I say they are very relevant to the interests of the job and the employer.

I believe in them 100%. If someone is paying you to be sober at work, then you should be sober at work.
