An ISP is an Internet Service Provider. You would no who you have because you pay internet bills to them. For example, Verizon DSL and Comcast are ISP's.

ISP should be the company that charges you for your internet services. A lot of times it is the last part of your e-mail address unless you use a free e-mail service.

You should know who you are signed up with, because you are paying them for using your internet connection. That is your ISP.
