Ok im white but i have alot of mixed culture in my family such as mexican and black and i feel more comftorable around black people but alot of white people are judgmental of it ...they ask questions like why cant she stay with her own race ...becasue i am very attracted to black guys also ...my parents are ok with it in fact my best friend is black and she lives with us...im just wondering why people of my own race are not ok with this

I understand where you are coming from. . I got treated wierd because i hung out with people from different cultural back grounds. . . Its because of their own insecurities. . Keep doing you. Your color should mean anything. Pay them no attention. If they are your true friends they wouldnt care. Some may say you are trying to act black. . just respond to them with, "How can I act a color!" . . .lol. . .

i feel more comfortable with mexicans cause they are really freakin nice im white but i think white people are stuck up and find the worst about someone and stick to that not trying to be sterio typical of my own race but idk as far as blacks i have black gf nothing wrong with dating out of a different race oh yeah 1 more thing there are rednecks where i live and they will call you a blank lover just ignore them and get your bf to or all heck will break lose been there done that better to ignore ppl

Just be yourself. be with your friends, regardless of skin colour or race. I have 3 closest friends, 2 are black one is white. I am caucasian. Race makes no difference in friendship or otherwise

I feel that they are most likely uncomfortable themselve in that situation and feel that you should be as well.

I am in a mixed relationship and it is only me and him that need to be comfortable with it. We travel the world and get different reactions wherever we go.

Overall just do what makes you feel good and that does not hurt others.

Very good questions. It goes both ways, though. I guess people fear the unknown. There is no real answer to why people can't see past color and live life without restrictions.

Are your parents gay or is are the boys you attracted to transgendered? Asking because I don't see the problem here.

Bigotry is bigotry, whether it be against lesbians gays bisexuals and transgendered (this category) or racism.
