Everyone is going to have a different answer for you on this one ...........but mostly it sounds like you need to speak to a dr. What you are describing could be any number of things from depression to type 2 diabetes. I used to be closer to three hundred and hover around two now but am still at risk for developing diabetes (runs in the family .....the risk can be cut down with weight loss and nutrition) best thing you can do is talk to a dr

in case you have only felt this way a couple of minutes, that's not that unusual. yet whilst this has been occurring for longer, you're able to seek for help. do no longer self-medicate with St John's Wort - it could have area outcomes & can work together with different drugs (only cos something's offered in wellness nutrition shops does no longer advise it won't have the ability to harm you), or different components (alongside with alcohol & narcotics). in case you may rigidity your self to perform a little workout, it is going to help your physique to launch endorphins (satisfied hormones) and might improve your temper. Even only a brisk walk for 10 min can help. or maybe you ought to touch acquaintances for help? now and lower back getting out & approximately may additionally raise one's spirits. If all else fails, seek for help out of your GP, only bear in ideas that pills are no longer the only answer (they take care of the indicators, yet no longer continually the reason). Ditch the lady - once you're with somebody who isn't making you satisfied, they do no longer seem to be right for you. i understand, I wasted loads of time on losers till I learnt that I deserve somebody quite particular.

have you seen your primary care physician? sounds like you have hypothyroidism. you should get a thyroid function profile. you sound like a classic case of it: depression, overweight/obese, fatigue, and abnormal menstruation. this can be serious if not treated, and may lead to arrhythmias and heart problems. get yourself checked out, asap.
