The main cause of blue balls is prolonged sexual stimulation of the erect penis, either by direct or indirect contact, that does not result in orgasm and ejaculation. This can, in some circumstances, be a consensual sexual act as part of erotic sexual denial.

I don't know what they are and why you got em. I had black balls one time after I got the old vas job. But never blueballs. I think you need to see a doc right away. I know I would if I awoke one morn and my ball were blue instead of pink.

If men can deal with blueballs once in a while it's perfectly fair considering what women have to deal with every month.
And keep entertaining yourself in the bathroom and you won't have the problem. If you think a girl is going to get you that aroused and then not let you finish, get in a pre-emptive strike and knock one out before your date.

your body doesnt properly absorb the built up semen produced by the testes. its like a cycle if the semen made isnt used its supposed to naturally absorb back into the body, i believe its usually a 3 day cycle. Some factors such as changes in personal life can disrupt this causing the testicles to swell... the end result "blue balls"

Its mainly just a figure of speech. Its pretty much when ever a guy wants some and his spouse want give it up he tells her that he has blue balls and needs to ***.

my uncle had blue balls in prisoned i guess it;s caused from not being able to have sex ans ejacjulate.or hold all the semin inside'thats what the cause is,he had to go to the hospital and was in heck of pain.........
