if you mean by "sense" you mean sense of smell, then yes, blood has a very strong almost coppery odour as i am sure your aware and menstrual blood does have a particularly coppery smell, i mean lets face it cats can smell fish a mile away (and i am not saying women smell of fish here!) and it makes sense that cats have a great sense of smell and would be able to detect a change in temperature, as womens temperature during menstra raises.

yes they can and also dogs too thats why i got a female my bro has a male dog and my mums friend was on that time and the dog followed her around with his nose up her bum for about half an hour then we had to put him outside female animals are best becuae they just leave u alone(not following u around ) hope this helps
