why don't people put down the reason of the violation is it just becouse there jerks?

Usually it's because it was not in the form of a question. You can not make a statement and put a question mark at the end of it. Apparently, grammar is a big deal here or something. It's pretty stupid. Oh yeh, big jerks.

when you get your violation notice, there is the reason on the email why you got it. But they do not put the person on there as the reason being you might retaliate.
Do not bother to contest it. They can report you for abuse just because they do not like your answer. And you can not do nothing about it. I am going on week 5 and still no reply from the Yahoo Answer people. Now i do not report any abuse period. Yea, now I do not care for spammers or scammers being around. So if someone puts a violation on you and you think it is unfair, you could go and report them for abuse and then they can get it too. I reported on one person, but at least my was legal. The reason on my was repeated postings. At least mine was technically correct. I reported abuse on all five posting sites. All legal too.
FYI, I put a gripe that I could not get 360 yahoo and got a reply within 4 days. So that tells me something there.

Probably. Why not contact Customer Service and request more information. They are kinda in a backlog, but hopefully in the near future, you will get an answer and maybe your points will be returned. I wish the notice identified who did so. If they told us who did it, others might not be so fast to report abuse.

Yep! I totally agree with you. Most people report me because they can't handle the truth. I mean seriously, If you can't handle the truth and another person's opinion, then why do you post a question where the whole world can respond?! Good question!
