I would use a different term to define that individual. You have to dig deep and expand your vocabulary to really capture the essence of a person who drives a F350 in an Urban area. I personally like moron, meat head, dunce, and numb skull, but I can't get the difine him. You lived it, you have to feel it and then claim it the insult. Being that stupid, he deserves your time to think of the perfect word to define him. Take your time; he wont stop being an idiot.

Bluetooth earpiece in 24/7. My stepfather-in-law walks around like that all the time. One time my husband helped him carry groceries into the house while he was on the phone. He never even noticed my husband. When he got off the phone the groceries were gone and he called the police. When he went inside he saw the groceries.

Bluetooth earpieces are only for people who like to yell at the cereal boxes while they are in the grocery store so they can look important.
Id say they are equal in terms of douchebaggery.
