Well your breast might grow but not enough to really make a big difference. You also might gain weight all over. I do not believe it has any effect on your chances of pregnancy after taking them. The only other way to make you bust bigger other than surgery or enhancement pill, which i doubt really work, is get a good padded bra or water bra. I know, when it comes off the truth shows but it can make you look and feel better in your clothes.

All women react differently to different pills. I find that the pill has not enhanced my bust or made me gain any weight. I don't know of any other way to enhance your bust besides those ways, unless you use a push up bra or those fake-boob looking things that you insert in your bra.
Birth control pills are only effective while you're taking them. A lot of women find it easier to get pregnant immediately after getting off the pill.
