in July and I was wondering if there is a certain amount of time I have to stay away from the ocean and pools.

Seems like getting the tattoo now would make that problem go away entirely. Unless you wont be old enough until then.

Probably until the scabs are gone off of the tattoo. Especially if your having it done in color. Probably take a couple of weeks, depends on how fast you heal and how well you take care of it. Oh, and by the way, I hope you know that getting a tattoo on your foot is gonna hurt like hell! On bony areas like the foot, ankle, elbow, people tend to pass out if the tattoo is very detailed. Just thought I would give you a heads up if no one else has. Good luck!

you will have to stay away I think for a period of approximately one week - 10 days depending on the size, extent, etc of tattoo. You should call a tattoo parlor and ask them (besides before getting one you should research more than one place anyway, and asking their advice, how well your question is answered, may tell you whether you want to go there or not).

I Dunno, heard that the bottom of the foot is the least sensitive part of the body though, don't know how true that is, because I stepped on a marble the other day and almost shot through the roof.
Why not get the tattoo now, and then you wouldn't have to worry at all???
