Yes, on your account page on their website they tell you when the next billing date will be. Other than that...no they don't send you an email or anything notifying you that it has been charged.

Not sure. My wife handles that for our two sons. Both play. Wish they would have never discovered this game. Right now.. I think Guitar Hero is taking over. Regarding the billing. Maybe she uses PayPal. Not really sure.
